You decide where to go.
We build the entire trip around that decision.

Tell us the destination and what matters to you. Japan for the cherry blossoms. Turkey for the coast and the history. Iceland for a landscape that changes every 50 kilometers. We design the route, find the local partners and come back with a full itinerary and a single quotation.

No commitment. Share your travel plans. We get back to you with detailed schedule.

Most travelers who reach this page have already tried one of these

And the experience is usually the reason they are looking for something different.

The package you could not change

You found a trip to Japan that looked close to what you wanted. The dates worked. The price was reasonable. But the hotels were already selected. The route was fixed. You could not add a stop in Hakone or swap one city for another. You went anyway and spent half the trip thinking about the version you would have planned yourself.

The group tour you settled for

You joined one because the price was right. Half the stops were selected for the group. You spent more time at a souvenir shop in Nara than at the shrine you actually wanted to see. By the third day you were looking up how to break away from the itinerary.

The trip you planned yourself.

You spent a week on it. Hotels on one site, Shinkansen routes on another, airport transfers on a third. You compared 40 options before booking anything. The result was decent but it took longer than you expected and you were never sure if you overpaid for the transfers or missed a better route between cities.

The agency that went quiet.

You sent an inquiry about a family trip to Korea. The agency asked for your budget. You gave it. Then nothing for a week. You followed up and received a PDF with a generic itinerary that looked like it was built for someone else. You replied with changes. Another week of silence. Then you moved on.

A private customized tour works the other way around.

You describe the trip. Someone builds it around your description. Every stop on the route is there because you asked for it or because your travel team recommended it for that specific country.

That is what planning looks like when the trip is built around what the agency has. Here is what it looks like when the trip is built for you.

A historic wooden-fronted pedestrian street with a covered market arcade

Everything on the ground is arranged before you board your flight..

The vehicle is booked. The driver knows your schedule. The hotels are confirmed. The guide is assigned. You walk out of the airport and your trip has already started.

A private vehicle and driver for the duration

A car and a local driver follow your itinerary for the entire trip. You decide the route and the pace. If you want to stop at a viewpoint in Cappadocia or spend an extra hour at the fish market in Tsukiji, there is no group to wait for and no bus schedule to follow.

A local guide who actually knows the area

In Japan, that means someone who knows which streets in Arashiyama are worth walking before the crowds arrive. In Turkey, a guide who can walk you through the underground cities of Cappadocia without reading from a script. In Iceland, someone who adjusts the route based on weather and road conditions that morning.

Hotels selected for how you travel, not what is left in the system

You tell us the standard and the budget. We present options that match. A ryokan in Hakone. A boutique hotel on the Bosphorus. A countryside lodge in South Iceland. Every option is sourced by the local team who knows which properties actually deliver what they advertise.

Airport transfers in both directions

A driver meets you at arrivals when you land in Narita, Keflavík, or Istanbul. On your departure day, a car picks you up at the hotel and takes you to the airport. The timing is coordinated with your flight schedule.

Your own pace, your own schedule.

Maybe you want to extend a morning at Tsukiji fish market, skip the museum in Ankara and drive to the coast instead, or add a day trip from Reykjavík to Snæfellsnes. Every day is flexible because the vehicle, the guide and the schedule are yours.

A direct line to our team while you are traveling

If something changes mid-trip in Seoul or Reykjavik or Ho Chi Minh City, you call us. We coordinate with the local team and adjust the schedule while you continue with your day.

NATALIE

Describe the Trip You Have in Mind. We Will Price It With the Local Team.

A destination, rough dates and who is coming along. That is enough for us to start. We come back with a full itinerary and pricing from the team in the destination country.

Your itinerary and quotation arrive before the week is out.

Your quotation comes from the team that  arranges your trip

Here is how the pricing works when you go through most travel agencies.

You contact an agency about a trip to Japan. The agency sends your request to a regional network partner. The network partner passes it to a local ground operator. Three companies touch the request before anyone starts pricing hotels and transport. Each layer adds its margin to the quotation you eventually receive.

Now here is where it matters for your quotation.

We send your request to the local company in Japan ourselves. Turkey, Iceland or Korea. The same company that arranges the hotels, books the driver and assigns the guide is the one that prices the trip. One layer instead of three.

The result is a quotation where every item is listed on its own line. Hotels, transport, guide fees, airport transfers and activities. You see what each component costs before you decide.

Flights are quoted separately unless you ask us to include them.

You tell us the trip. We take it from there.

This is how it works

STEP ONE

You share what you have in mind

The destination, the dates, the number of travelers and the kind of experience you are looking for.

A family of four heading to Japan in April for cherry blossom season. A couple planning 10 days across Turkey. A solo traveler who wants to drive the Ring Road in Iceland.

A form on this page, a phone call or a WhatsApp message.

Whatever is easiest. (Takes about two minutes.)

STEP TWO

We design and price the route

We build the route based on what you described and send it to our local partner team in the destination country.

Hotels, transport, guides and activities come back in one quotation with pricing for every item. You see the full breakdown in one document.

You do not compare hotel rates yourself. We come back with one document.

STEP THREE

You review the quotation and decide

The first quotation is a draft. Not a final offer.

You can change any part of it. Swap Hakone for an extra day in Kyoto. Add a guided food tour in Istanbul. Remove the Northern Lights boat tour in Reykjavík. We revise and requote at no extra charge.

We revise and requote at no charge until the itinerary matches what you want. You pay nothing until you confirm the booking.

The entire process is free until you confirm the booking.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION

Questions people ask before their first trip with us

What does a private tour cost?

(Fair question.) Every trip is priced individually because every trip is different. A couple traveling for five days in Korea needs a different quotation than a family of six spending two weeks across Japan and Turkey. We design your specific itinerary, get pricing from the local team, and send you a quotation with every item listed and priced on its own line. You see the full cost before you commit to anything.

How far in advance should I start?

3 to 6 months is a comfortable starting point for most destinations. Cherry blossom season in Japan and Northern Lights season in Iceland need more lead time because hotels and transport fill up early. If your timeline is shorter, we will tell you what is realistic before you invest any time.

Can I change the itinerary after you send it?

Yes. That is the whole point. We send a draft. You tell us what to adjust. We revise and requote at no extra charge. This back and forth continues until the route matches what you want. Most travelers go through two or three rounds before confirming.

What if I only need part of the trip arranged?

We arrange partial trips. A private vehicle and driver for a week in Turkey. Airport transfers only for a family landing in Kansai. A guide for three days in Seoul. You do not need to book a complete tour to work with us.

The company is called Go Japan Holidays. Do you only do Japan?

The name reflects where the founder's career started. We arrange private tours across Asia and Europe through the same local partnership model. Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, China, Turkey, Iceland, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, France, and dozens more. If your destination is on our list, we have a local team there. If it is not, we tell you upfront.
